Target is No Longer Included in P90 Network

Target will be excluded from MedTrak's Performance 90 Network effective 3/1/2016. All members have been mailed a letter advising of other 90-day supply options. Members can continue to fill their current 30 day prescriptions at Target without disruption. For any questions about the Target exclusion specifically, please contact your Account Manager.
